On behalf of the Atlantic Council’s Climate Resilience Center, the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), and the Resilience Hub, we are pleased to invite you to an upcoming public dialogue in Washington, DC.
As water becomes an increasingly critical risk to global economic stability, this session will explore how to reposition water as an investable asset class. This event falls under the Fostering Investable National Planning and Implementation (FINI) activation drive, aimed at bridging the gap between climate goals and the financial sector.
The discussion will focus on two vital pillars for building a climate-resilient world:
- WATER TECHNOLOGIES Exploring advances in monitoring, desalination, and efficiency, and how to scale these through blended finance and standardised benchmarks.
- WATER INFRASTRUCTURE Addressing the investment gaps caused by long payback periods and regulatory uncertainty by developing bankable project pipelines through public-private partnerships.
Can’t attend in person? A live stream will be available for those joining us from around the world. If you choose to attend virtually via the RSVP link, the joining details will be sent directly to your inbox.
