This session connects two critical parts of the climate finance architecture: integrity and mobilization. On one hand, investors face growing scrutiny to demonstrate that their portfolios deliver genuine adaptation outcomes, avoid harm, and contribute to systemic transformation. On the other, innovators and local actors in the Global South are building investable pipelines—yet often struggle to access and deploy capital due to fragmented standards and risk perceptions. By bringing together actors behind frameworks like the KPMG-Standard Chartered Bank-UNDRR Guide for Adaptation & Resilience Finance, the Climate Bonds Initiative’s Resilience Taxonomy, and capital mobilization efforts such as the Ambition Loop’s Earth Investment Engine (EIE), this session explores how to embed resilience integrity into financial systems and move capital where it matters most.
