Join us for the official launch of Mobilising Business for Resilience (MBR): a cross-sector, cross-region initiative driving private sector action on climate adaptation.
The session will begin with an informal networking breakfast at 8:30, offering participants the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas before the official programme starts.
MBR’s goal is to convene and facilitate 30 world-leading companies to mobilise $3 billion towards embedding resilience into market systems by 2030, turning adaptation from a story of risk into one of opportunity and shared prosperity.
This high-energy launch event will combine short keynote interventions and a dynamic moderated discussion with private sector leaders on scaling resilience through investment, partnerships, and innovation. The flow will highlight concrete examples and commitments, avoid long panels, and create space for interaction with the audience. The session will close with a collective call to action to the private sector.
During this event, we will also announce the finalists of the Climate Resilience Awards for Business, launched in partnership with WBCSD.
